Easily one of the best Windows laptops you can get. It’s sleek, fast, lightweight, and super power-efficient. Windows Hello is a standout feature—something my MacBook Pro just can’t compete with. The device I received was practically brand new. If you’re looking for a Windows laptop, this one’s definitely a top contender.

I purchased the computer, and so far the computer itself is great. The only problem is the included AC adapter is bad…luckily i had an adapter from the computer I was replacing. I used the poor Amazons chat customer service to let them know the PC worked but the ac adapter was bad, and all I needed was a replacement ac adapter. They said ok, a day later I get a approved refund request which I never asked for, all I need is the ac adapter for the computer, no reason the seller should have to replace the entire pc. I needed a pc since mine died, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it, I don’t want a refund. If the only way to get a replacement adapter through Amazons poor customer service is to replace the entire computer I’ll just go without and leave a bad review. I am happy to update this bad review if seller can resolve the issue that Amazon has actually made worse.

Bought this laptop back in February to replace my old MacBook Pro (2012... yikes lol) I use it mainly to play games on Steam and for web browsing. The laptop is fast, quiet, and works well. I bought it refurbished-excellent and it came looking and working brand new! I updated it to windows 11 and everything runs great. My only issue is the charger, the magnet is not as strong as Mac's MagSafe chargers so it does come disconnected easily. I think for the price and performance this is a great purchase!

Bought it for my daughter to go away to college. She loves how light and portable it is and has great functionality. She's also able to use it to stream when in her room at night.

Arrived nicely packaged and was easy to unwrap to get it ready to use! love the charging block (silly to like a charger but the battery life is great!) the computer gives audio instructions from start to finish. So happy and excited to use for life!
