If you’re wondering about using this product, i am here to tell you it works! Went from 160 to 166 with no size increase in my waist at all, in fact i am still very lean but definitely put on muscle and it absolutely helps you push through those spots where you normally gas out. I’m on tub #2 and got the lemon cooler, the flavor isn’t good and isn’t bad but the first was the rainbow candy and oh man i like that one! I’m only supplementing a pre workout with this and train 3-4 days a week and it’s still putting muscle on me in spite of the 5-6 day program they recommend so if you follow this to a T you should really have good results.

Not sure what the taste issue was before the 'new and improved' Lemon, but this stuff is the goods, especially if you like tart/sour flavors. As an intra workout/creatine supp, seems to work fine! Grape is also very tasty!

I’ve had an odd experience with this product so bear with me. Pros- In terms of effectiveness, I love this product during my workouts. I feel pumped and ready to go from start to finish. Feel fuller as well. Taste is good. Con- This will sound weird, but when I scoop the powder right from the container, mix it, and workout right after, everything is fine. BUT… if I put this in a baggie or shaker or container and take it to work or on a trip and mix it with water several hours later at the gym, it smells and taste absolutely foul. So much so that I have dumped it out every time I’ve tried. No idea why this happens and if anyone else has experienced the same thing, but I have seen reviews for taste and smell so I’m guessing it’s the same scenario for them. Since I workout at my work gym a couple times a week, I’ve decided to stop buying it and stick to creatine monohydrate.

Love this. I've been using this since my RC repair. Brings much needed nutrients to aide in tissue repair. Tastes great. No caffeine.

Taste is ok. I guess it works I haven’t had it long enough to tell. But you can’t go wrong with the brand.
