These YiaMia submersible LED lights are an excellent choice for a decorative and modern touch to swimming pools, vases, hot tubs or any space with water. They are completely waterproof (IP68) and come with 16 solid colors, allowing you to create the exact environment you want. My toddler is in love with these lights. He has an obsession with water and this just enhances hid bathtime. Be sure to have fresh batteries. I made the mistake of using an old set, didn't realize it, but the lights won't work correct. I thought they were junk. I swapped out the batteries and they work great. Connect to remote with no issue and shine bright.

Update #2. Total crap. of the three that worked out of the box (read about #4 below), two of them leaked and are now ruined, despite what I had hoped would be the 'right way' to seal them (again, see below). It's a shame. I liked the effect of the lights under water. Only lasted for about a week. Headed to the garbage now. Update: Welp, that's what I get for writing a review before inspecting everything. I just opened the fourth light, tried to put batteries in it, and discovered that it's not made right. There are no battery contacts for two of the batteries. See photo. 5 star rating dropped to 2 because of this. The others are still working just fine. These work nicely. The suction cups also worked to keep the lights on the bottom of my hot tub. Not terribly bright but at night they light up the tub quite well. Remote works through the water so long as you're aiming right at them and not far from the surface. Just a thought about leaking. When I put batteries in the first one (I ordered a 4-pack) the rubber gasket seal was loose, and when I tightened the lid on, it started to squish out. I expected it would leak. Fortunately I put the second one together, and noticed that the rubber seal sits in a small groove on the lid side, NOT the light side. I took the first one apart and moved the seal to the correct spot. No leaks so far. But if you don't position this seal correctly, I'd expect some leaking at some point.

Short review: The lights are bright, portable and 1 controller controls them all (you get 4 tho). Cons: even though you get to customize a lot of colours, they dont really look "natural" (like a soft white "cafe" style lights). All in all they still get the job done, look good and are a good value. Detailed Review: For the price, these lights are pretty good. You get 4 lights and 4 controllers for each lights even though 1 controller is capable to control all the lights. All you got to do is directly point the controller to the light you want to control and it'll do what you want. The pros are the lights are versatile and bright. I have a small water feature surrounded by greenery in my back yard and so I used 2 lights for the water feature and 2 for the greenery surrounding it and it looks really nice. The rainbow strobe feature is nice, at least to my parents, but to me as a professional designer it looks a bit tacky. The colours look very artificial and is something you can definitely expect from a made-in-china product. BUT the colours are bright and the lights work even when submerged in water over and over again. I would recommend buying a pack of AAA batteries because its not included in the pack of lights and you need 3 for each light (4 lights are included). But whats nice is you get 4 controllers (with batteries pre-installed for each controller) for each light but the cool thing is you only need 1 controller to control each light. All you need to do is point the controller directly to each light. You also get to choose from a variety of light options. From consistent to strobe or flashing or smooth transition it all works. Although the brightness feature doesn't really work on my pack BUT its already bright enough so I'm not that miffed about it. Cons: Like mentioned before, the colours are very artificial looking. If you were hoping for soft, orange-like light colour just like you would imagine in a french provancial cafe, thats not what your gonna get in these lights. Even when you choose the pre-set orange soft colour the light doenst have that same soft glow. Which is a shame because thats what I was hoping to get PLUS all the other colours of the rainbow. Another minor con is that the batteries are not included. so if you do the math if you need 3 batteries for each of the 4 lights that are included you need 12 AAA batteries. And the last con, at least for me, is that this isn't an American made product. I have no issue at all that its made in China, but as someone who likes to support American manufacturing while I can this is typical Chinese plastic quality. BUT again it gets the job done. so in the end thats all that matters. All in all, these lights do the job and are reliable. They work, are bright, and are reliable. They may not have the colour depth that make it look "instagramable" BUT they definitely add value to any setting and I'm content with my purchase

I really wanted these to work well, but sadly they did not. I inserted three brand new AAA batteries in each unit and they worked great... for about 3 days. Then, they turned off. I used the remote to turn them on again and they stayed on for about a day. Using the remote, I turned them on again and they stayed on for an hour. I took out and tested the batteries and they were almost completely drained. These are great for short events, but are a failure if you are looking for something to place in your fountain and leave on for a while. Since they are low energy LEDs, I was hoping I would only have to change the batteries every month or so. That's not the case.

I absolutely love these YiaMia Pumpkin Lights! I originally bought them to decorate my hot tub for fall, and they completely transformed the look, so festive and colorful! The RGB color options are bright and vibrant, and it’s super fun being able to switch between colors or set them to fade or flash using the remote. The suction cups work great on smooth surfaces, and I was surprised by how well they stayed in place even after several hours in the water. The lights are fully waterproof, and the battery life has been excellent so far. I’ve also used them as table decor for a fall party, and they were a big hit, everyone wanted to know where I got them Whether you’re decorating for Halloween, adding a cozy glow to your spa, or just want some fun color in your pool or pond, these pumpkin lights are perfect. Highly recommend!

Small but cute as a button, works just as it advertised

The box comes with two lights in it. One comes with the batteries already installed. This one turned on right away. When I put the batteries in the other one, it didn’t work no matter what I did. 50% of this product doesn’t work, and I paid for 100% of it. PS: no there is no on/off switch. The only way you can turn it on and off is with the little remote. Do not lose the remote. 😆
