Hard to say if it works or not with so many supplements that I take. But I like Life Extension brand and the capsule is very small.

I take thyroid medication, but it's useless without being converted to it's active form, which requires both selenium and cystine for the enzyme to carry this out. I've been using the methionine form, but was curious when I came across this compound, if it would be more efficient. So far, so good.😆👍🏼

The ingredients are excellent and the biological activity is good.

Taking supplements can expensive, but being healthy is worth the cost. I am not a doctor so I can't prescribe anything, but this substance is necessary for our bodies to fight off disease... most notably cancer. This product was not expensive and it does have a slight odor that I don't find objectionable as I feel that it indicates that it is indeed what it claims to be.Do I feel healthier because of this product? That's hard to say as I've recently included other important substances in my diet, I do feel better than I have in years as I have fewer aches and pains.

Take selenium daily and so far seems like a good supplement.

If you are someone who has digestive health issues caused by Celiac or Crohn's disease, I trust you will find this product very helpful. As one who is intolerant to wheat accompanied by likely nutrient absorption issues, I find this highly bioavailable form of selenium to be an excellent safeguard against the pitfalls of deficiency. I was beginning to have several symptoms of hypothyroidism (constant lethargy, constipation, etc.), but after using this product for several weeks, I've noticed that my energy levels have risen, and several other symptoms have disappeared entirely. Love it!

Taking this as part of my transition into Bulletproof living. Have tossed out the multivitamins, and therefore needed a good source of selenium - a critical precursor for your antioxidants. This brand is a blend of many forms, which will ensure that the widest range of individual body chemistries will be able to absorb and incorporate it. Easy to swallow and small in size.

I take this with nascent iodine for hypothyroid. Makes big difference in life, as I had not been able to take prescription medicine because it raised my blood pressure too much. I had been taking iodine alone but the addition of this seem to make a huge difference. So glad to have found it!
