A good ladder and easy to use. Ideal strength for yhe amature use. Not too heavy and easy to carry about house or garden. Bought it originally for getting in the attic. But have used it allover the place since buying.Fits in the boot of the car easily. Wish I had bought it years ago.

Wow, thought at this price it would be a bit flimsy, or cheap material, was I wrong. Brilliant quality, stable as any ladder I have (3) and cant wait to climb up to the rook of my caravan for a quick clean. Works really well when you read the instructions, as I did not and the next level collapsed onto my hand. No damage I am glad to report. So easy to erect, just pull it out and make sure each rung is secure as you g o. Then, when collapsing, grab two rungs up, release both push locks at the bottom of the section you want closed and slide it down. Closes down to size advertised and at 67, easy to pick up and store. Also fits nicely in the back of my car, or stands idly up against the wall in my garage. BRILLIANT PRODUCT AND GREAT PRICE, HIGHLY RECOMEND.

Got this ladder this week and seems to work quite well, used it first for putting up the outside Christmas lights. It does have a bit of flex but seems sturdy enough for me and I hate heights and climbing up ladders. Takes a couple of goes to collapse it down correctly, but once you get the hang of it, fairly straight forward. Storage space is low and fits neatly in the corner of the garage.

This ladder is absolutely amazing. I was thinking of getting loft people in (mega money) and this ladder has saved all that. It is so compact it sits in the cupboard on the landing. So robust and perfect for getting stuff up and down from the loft.

Great quality item and perfect to store away, great value for money

Great item, a few scuffs & marks on ladders noticed when unpacked, despite being well packaged, but this doesn't detract from how well made these telescopic ladders are. Assembly of bottom support rail is straight forward, either use palm of your hand or a rubber mallet to locate into position to allow fixing bolts to line up, top tip!! Fix rubber support feet to bottom rail before attaching to ladder body. As others have already mentioned, they are a bit weighty to move around, but this at least shows how sturdy these ladders are & easier than moving & storing conventional rigid ladders. Secondly, again as others have mentioned, watch your fingers when collapsing down the rungs, but if used correctly, this should not be an issue. I would Highly Recommend to other potential purchaser's.

Decided to buy a second pair of ladders as it's a pain to get my other full length ladders. These ladders despite their size are quite heavy to carry and extend but more importantly is that one needs to be careful when dropping each rung down as you could easily injure your hands if they are in an upright position. Otherwise the safer way would be to have them lying flat and someone to push the ladder whilst you operate the safety levers . Otherwise the ladders work and are well made.
