The media could not be loaded. I love the look of this solid little kettle. It’s whistle is rather quiet so you couldn’t go far from it. It pours well and the lid comes off for filling or you could fill through the spout. The handle didn’t get hot but I only boil enough for one cup , perhaps if it was full it may do, check other reviews for that. The colour matches my cooker perfectly , it’s mid to light cream. Delivery was super quick , it arrived 2 days after ordering even though they said it would be 4 days . There’s a small loose button (see photo) which I’ve no idea about but it doesn’t seem to need it. All in all I’m very pleased with it and should be cheaper than boiling a kettle ( a bit slower though).

An excellent smaller size kettle, perfect for a shaky hand like mine, and nice and safe because it whistles. Before this I was boiling water in a pan and my son was horrified at me. But now I have this lovely kettle instead. And what a lovely action it has for opening. I can do it with one hand. Perfect for an older person like me. Top quality. Much recommended.

Lovely little stovetop kettle, just one tiny negative (I personally don’t have a problem with but I could see that some may) is that it does require a slow and steady pour. If you tip too much too quickly, it will “sputter and splash” out of the spout. There appears to be a very slight ridge around the spout’s opening. So if say filling a hot water bottle there could be a risk of getting scalded. Other than that it really is a beautiful and well made kettle. Follow the instructions and always empty after use and do not instantly refill with cold water when hot (if requiring more boiling water). Whistle is good and rather tuneful. Handle is robust. Lid is extremely tight and secure (to the point that it is actually easier to fill via the spout!). Heats up quickly (even on a basic electric hob). Not particularly big in volume (Realistically 2 mugs worth but feasible 3 teacups) however obviously heating less water = less energy. Recommended? Yes, just don’t pour too fast.

I recently replaced my electric kettle with a water boiler. As I live alone this was more useful for me but I found it when I needed larger quantities of hot water it wasn’t quite as convenient so I bought this kettle. It is a sturdy little kettle, well balanced when it sits on my gas hob. The whistling noise is not too loud when it boils. It looks good to have on display and the colour is a perfect match for my kitchen.

Decided to buy my first stove top kettle aiming to save electricity and to stop using electric kettle. This rather little kettle well exceeded my expectations. It boils enough water to make around 4 large mugs of tea or a full teapot plus 1 mug. It whistles nicely, and pours very neatly, unlike other reviews stating that it splutters everywhere. For me it did no spluttering whatsoever. I can't believe that I am so happy about this little kettle (and I must admit, I am very picky). And oh, it boils really quickly, never found myself waiting and waiting for it to boil. Also, it brings water to the boil silently, and only whistles at the end. While electric kettles make terrible swishing noise all the way through the process.

I love my little kettle, it’s the perfect size for me. I bought it in an attempt to save energy costs, as gas is slightly cheaper than electricity.It holds 1.6 litres, which is something to consider, especially if you are a family.I love Prestige products as they are high quality items, (plus my mother used to work for them when I was young). Highly recommended

Nice looking kettle that does the job. I have been using it for 1 year. Nothing broke or fell of but the only thing that I wasn't happy with was thickness of shell; it took time to heat up water so not really economical if you are using it all the time. Because of this, I have switched back to electric kettle which is more energy efficient.

This is a pretty little kettle (I have it in cream) and looks great on the hob. The whistle isn’t deafening but loud enough to hear. The only issue I have with it is trying to see if the water is above the maximum fill level. I’m so pleased with it though that I shall just guess. After all, if the water level is more than the recommended level what can happen other than water comes out of the spout?Would definitely recommend.

Einen so kleinen Wasserkessel zu finden war gar nicht so einfach. Dieser ist ideal und tut was er soll, nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Llevo 20 días probando el hervidor y la verdad es que estoy muy contenta. Lo uso a diario y no se ha oxidado por ninguna parte. Tiene un tamaño mediano pero caben 1, 4 litros. Suficiente para más de 4 personas. Y el diseño es genial! Me encanta!

The media could not be loaded. 🙂Salve a tutti 👋non immaginate quanto sono felice di aver fatto quest acquisto, un possiamo chiamarlo solo bollitore perché è anche un oggetto d arredo, tanto è elegante, raffinato, ben fatto, materiali di qualità, finitura smaltata porcellanata lucida anche internamente, i soldi spesi per questa opera d arte li vale tutti fino all ultimo centesimo!Ha anche la chiusura del tappo automatica dal manico, quindi premendo la maniglia sotto si aprirà magicamente il tappo,il fischio si sente 😍ma non da fastidio anzi per me è un vero piacere(vi allego il video),bolle abbastanza rapidamente, contiene 1,4 litri d acqua per me più che buoni,infatti ne volevo uno non molto grande, questo fa al caso mio,per me è il migliore 🥇rapporto prezzo qualità ottimo!Se vi è piaciuta la recensione e vi sono stato d aiuto, se volete lasciate un bel mi piace qui sotto, grazie 🙂👋

Je ne m'attendais guère à mieux. Article d'une qualité moyenne. Elle durera ce qu'elle durera. Pas très longtemps à mon avis, mais on ne trouve pas mieux, sauf une bouilloire électrique. C'est vrai que le traditionnel est maintenant dépassé
