Very good but seems to have no elderberry flavor? No taste of the sea. No dramatic effect on GI? Does offer hope...I think I remember the Inuit people eat it (in there traditional diet) so may help people maintain their teeth and avoid heart attack????? I look forward to my daily dose but don't over eat on it...The gummies are very hard to resist. Hard to eat just one...SO FRESH! It is like they are made on the way to my home in the AMAZON van?!

I’ve tried many different sea moss gels, and I’d rate this one 3 out of 5 because it has a slight wet sea weed/ocean taste but was still edible (I tasted worse), I wish it had a stronger fruity taste. I thought the jar would be bigger but it was a tall skinny jar. Don’t think it was a smart purchase due to price but all in all this product is ok

It taste very good. Smells like baby food and a little of it like some sea but honestly it taste great. It’s like a baby food texture. Hopefully it does really good. It’s my first time trying it so let’s see after a month. I will keep buying it until I see RESULTS so far my stomach‘s been so much better since then.
