Just like the original in fit and function.
Fits and works just the original setup on my Resmed P10. Sent correct size. I sleep better at night knowing it is Resmed OEM and good quality. Installed easily as expected.

OEM part -- convenient but not cheap since you buy them frequently
These are OEM and work well, but I wish they didn't have to be washed so often and flat-out replaced occasionally. Sometimes they hurt my nose when I sleep a long time or set the humidity high or they're starting to get dirty. It would be nice if they could reduce some of these problems.Note: I do not expect that any 3rd party product would be superior.

These nose pieces are soft and snug. They last the amount of time expected and usually beyond the arrival of my auto ship for replacements. I would recommend these for anyone using a CPAP machine.
