No Noticeable Effect, Switched to Alternatives
I didn’t notice any improvement in my digestive health while using this supplement. Additionally, I discovered that many other supplements are derived from glycinate, and many digestive products on the market already contain glycine. Given this, I decided to stop using it.

Pros and cons.
At first I was extremely impressed with this supplement because it is the only one that actually helps me to get to sleep (by taking 3 grams before bed.) If you have problems getting to sleep you will know how amazing it is to find something that actually works! However.... It gives me very weird and disturbing dreams!!!! So, I have stopped taking it. I suppose it's good to have some on hand in an emergency. Maybe it affects everyone differently.
