Great frame

Bought two and received them today. One frame was intact, but the glass on the second was completely shattered. Box was not damaged at all, but there wasn't much padding between the two frames. Frames themselves look nice.

Plain frame, serves its purpose for hanging in a wall, nothing fancy but is sturdy enough. For the price point about what I expected. The only thing I wish is that it would have a stand in the back for propping you, does not have one so you have to hang in the wall

I buy frames somewhat regularly as an art lover. I was looking for thick black frames, and was shocked how expensive these were. Looking at the photo, the wood pieces looked nice and close, which was great - I don't want to see a gap. So I took a chance. They shipped with foam padding around the corners in boxes made just for the purchase of a set of six. The stems that hold everything in place on the back where the swivel kind. No pulling metal up and pushing it back down! There was no dust on the frames (I couldn't believe it the first I received frames with dust on them). All in, I was very happy with the attention to detail put into this purchase. This company stands out to me.

I bought this frame for a certificate to put in my office. It looks great, quality is good, and very easy to use. The black one looks very clean and modern.

The frame works exactly how I need it to. It’s super easy to put your certificate in it however the back piece, which goes on top of your certificate, to hold it in place, is a bit loose because it’s only secured on three of the four sides. The frame can hang either vertical or horizontal. It’s not a super fancy frame so if your certificate is something your really proud of I would probably get a more fancy frame. Overall, I have not had real problems with it and I would order it again.
