I am a licensed esthetician and have been doing facials for many years. I am happy to report that this facial scrubber is ideal for basic at-home skin care. The silicone scrubber allows for a thorough cleansing without damaging the skin and gives you an excellent exfoliating treatment. I enjoy the heating feature and the gentle massage. The small scrubber at the top is ideal for cleaning the area around the nose. It is definitely waterproof and holds a charge very well. I highly recommend it!

All of sudden refuse to charge and turn on at all. I think it was me though, since I dropped it many times. Definitely me. I recommend it. Just don't abuse it like I did.

Stopped working properly after a few months

Original Review: My item was very obviously used. It was covered in some residue. The sticker attached to it looked like it was soaked in water and was falling off. There was hair inside the packaging. Updated Review: After first receiving the used cleanser brush, I went to my order and was quickly able to order a replacement. The company reached out to me and tried to resolve the issue. Upon receiving my new package, the cleanser brush box was wrapped in plastic so I knew it was a new product. Upon opening the package, I also could see the brush was brand new (no residue, hair, marks). I've been using a Clarisonic for years, which is now out of business. Clarisonics typically come with a bristle brush, which from my understanding can create small abrasions in the skin. Silicon is more gentle so I was looking for something with silicon. The brush is really gentle on the skin and still gave me that shiny, tight skin after cleansing. The vibration is REALLY strong. On the low setting my jaw was vibrating. I was expecting it to be a bit less intense. I had a hard time finding the charging indicator without reading the instructions. The light for the indicator is verrry difficult to see. The nose scrubber was super nice (I always miss cleaning that area). Looking forward to see how my skin improves the more I use it.

I exfoliate my twice a week using cotton balls. Works (cotton balls get dirty every time) but I wanted to try something more vigorous, hence my search for a face scrubber. I settled on this, a sonic cleaner (so no brush replacements). I like it; I can cover all of my face easily. Multiple speeds so i can be as aggressive as I need is certain areas, and I can use it in the shower because its waterproof. It's been a great purchase and value for my needs...

1st purchase the product back in September 2023, and its been a decent product. Been using it since I sometimes was breaking out and it does the job better when using the regular washcloth and soap. It really gets the job done when I use it and my skin feels and looks better. As of today (March 2024), I purchased a new one because the battery no longer holds a charge or signal that it is not charging. I will clarify and give any updates in the future but as of now, this product earns a 3 star because of this issue.

This product works great helps to keep my face clean and clear, also I have a better shaving experience after washing my face with this. As men we need to go the extra mile to keep ourselves up as well. This product removes the red spots and black spots due to ingrown hair or irritation after shaving.
