First couple running sessions had weird feeleing at my feet (flat foot, but not much). Then got very comfortable. Now wondering why havent purchased this earlier? Note that your running sho size should be half or one size bigger to fit it inside. Otherwise if original sole not removable can be an issue

I am a size UK 43 but the large size was too big as it didn't fit in my trainers. So I think a medium would be better
