Love colour ( cream) & the rug problem is so do the dogs

Ordered this rug twice, the first purchased 1 year ago was lovely and thick and looked so expensive… the one recently purchased isn’t as good you have to fluff it out yourself.Impossible to clean hence replacing!

The rug is lovely but has a kink in it which we cannot get out and is therefore a trip hazard

Usually, I am a bit wary about buying such large items online as they are difficult to return if they don't arrive as expected, so I spent a long time searching for a good one. I am very relieved to say that the rug was exactly as I had hoped. After unrolling the rug the pile was slightly flat, but it still looked really nice. A single brush in the opposite direction and the pile was back to normal. I'd say that the rug looks better in person than in the photos.I purchased the rug on a Thursday, it was dispatched the next day and arrived on Monday, so very happy with the quick delivery as I was expecting it to arrive later in the week.The quality is very good and you can tell that there is not going to be any shedding even at the edges which are quite solid. The rug that I bought was "silver" which I'd say is accurate as it a light grey pile with a sheen so it really brightens the room. The colour was exactly as expected and in my opinion, is more vibrant than the photo.Would have no hesitation recommending these to friends.

Really happy with this rug, was pleasantly surprised with the colour, a browny beige, nice and neutral. For the price I was dubious but I followed the reviews and was glad I did so, have a huge rug for a fraction of the cost from the shops on the highstreet. Isn't the deepest pile but edging is full and can't see base through pile unless you search for it. One tip (obvious probably, apologies!), it requires fluffing as rolled so tightly for transporting. Once fluffed, looks really full. Have had lots of compliments. Only downside (but not rugs fault!)...I keep losing little things in it, screw and an earring so far! ;)

The rug is OK... only OK. Disappointed with the qulity. Definately not as soft as i'd have expected. It's easy to see through the 'shag pile' and see the material at the bottom as it's bit sparse with the pile. But it does it's job, i was just expecting a wow-factor, which it doesn't give.

I would recommend this product. It's good value. I wouldn't describe it as soft though but I have a cat and it's fairly easy to get hair out with a vacuum

It’s nowhere near as thick as I expected it to be and definitely not as heavy or as good quality as I expected either, it’s kind of soft and looks lovely in my living room, but you do get what you pay for, it’ll do for now until I find a better quality one.

The media could not be loaded.  Amazing quality, I have seen rugs exactly like this for x4 times the price. I have spilled coke on it and it came out straight away with vanish spray. It vacuums so well, doesn’t mark or lose shape. My dog is constantly on it and it hasn’t discoloured or marked.

I ordered this rug previously and it was super, so I thought I would order a second one in dark beige. The colour was very dark, more brown than beige, not a bit like the image advertised. But I liked the seller so I wanted to give them chance to fix this. was told I could return the item for a full refund, just need to print off the form, re-package the rug, and take it to the post office. In a pandemic this is not easy, and the cost to return is more than I paid for the rug. Such a shame as the rug is super quality, very happy with it in all other respects, only that the colour is completely not as advertised, which is really annoying. Advice to future customers - I think the image used for dark beige on the Amazon page is a mistake, so opt for a different rug if you want one that is light coloured.

I love this rug it's lovely and soft ordered it Wednesday and it arrived on Friday great value and great service. Had the rug for a few weeks looks just as good as when I first brought it would recommend to anyone who wants a good rug for a reasonable price

I only unrolled and placed this product last evening. This morning it still looks a bit squashed so I am reserving final judgement. Very nice underfoot and good value for the money.
