I bought this for my DeVilbiss suction machine. It fit the machine perfectly. It also came with an extra adapter pigtail to fit different size plug ins.

Replacement for DeVilbiss suction pump
Worked well as a replacement for the DeVilbiss suction pump. The ones DeVilbiss uses slowly starts breaking down on the low voltage side. You should be able to plug them in but they hard wired them in, so they break down and then you have to throw them out

May not be your charger that is the problem
Many of my Fire Depts have this suction, it appears to be the charger that has died but may not be the case, I am seeing the connector on the PC board the connector from the charger connects to, the solder breaks on the PC board or a hair line crack causing intermittent operation. I re solder and everything works... I think what they are doing is shutting the compartment door on the connector.
