Do they have a waist band?

Sort of. It doesn’t go super high, but there is a band that goes around, but not as high as a belly button.

129 lbs 4"11 what size should i get?

I'm 5' 2" and weigh 125 lbs. I ordered the XS and they fit perfectly!

Does the waist band have any elastic or banding at the top? I think these are the same pair I have but mine have a waist that is really seamless.

Some RBX styles do and they don't roll down. Other styles do not and have a tendency to roll down, which is uncomfortable.. The ones that do have elastic around the top are much more comfortable for me. Hope this helps

Anything from this brand is good. Not the best but a good value. Well made. Durable. Outlast many others. Love the pockets. I do hate that all brands have come away from patterns and only selling solids now. Wake me up when designers begin designing again. Some of us live in leggings.

Not the best not the worst

All I can tell you is, they do fit a little tighter, but it’s telling you something. Get your butt in shape. I do love them now. They’re just a little bit smaller than expected. I buy them at Marshall’s all the time. Maybe I’m just getting the over size fit. Lol

Very tight, so I returned it.

Color was right on. However, very skin tight. I am 5' 3" tall and weigh 135. Ordered a large. I needed a pair that had a little more give. Otherwise, the price was good, very nice fabric.
