Consistently good product
Great way to add greens to daily smoothies when fresh spinach isn't available. Very mild flavor, hardly noticeable at all, especially with stronger flavors like pineapple, banana, etc. Seems like a good value when you price it out compared to fresh spinach.

Spinachy
I add this to smoothies along with beet and lots of fruit, no mistaking there is spinach. Blends well. Could see this being great to make spinach pasta or tortillas. Bright green color and overall good product.

Popeye Would Be Proud
I love what Koyah is doing with its one-ingredient products. I just tried their organic USA grown spinach powder as part of my daily shake as a substitute for frozen organic spinach. One ingredient: organic spinach. That's it. Perfect simplicity. No artificial ingredients. I don't mix this with water and drink spinach water (I am not a psycho). I add it to my shakes with protein powder, nuts, seeds and fruit for a balanced and very tasty snack. The fruit offsets the strong spinach flavor and I get a dose of greens that I need more of in my diet; win-win. The cost per serving is the same as what I pay for frozen organic spinach which is also nice. Keep up the good work Koyah.

Hopefully nutritious
I see varying opinions about whether or not powdered vegetables and fruits are healthy or not. I'm thinking they are so I use a variety. My favorite way is to mix them into mashed bananas. The spinach is not the best tasting but it does not overpower the tastier powders like beet root and pomegranate. I think it's safe to assume that dark leafy greens are superfoods that do wonderful things for our bodies so why not boost my consumption by including powdered spinach. It's a small plastic jar, comes with a short handled scoop. I like that it's made in the US from US grown plants because that means it didn't require a ton of resources to get it to my door.

Delicious Spinach Powder, seriously try them!
I absolutely love love love the Koyah products! I travel a lot for work and have to drink my daily anti-inflammatory smoothie, and now i don't have to travel with a blender. (Posted on the raspberry and broccoli powers too) I have a serious medical condition that causes high ANA levels and it results in high levels of inflammation, which means serious body aches. Sometimes these aches were so debilitating that I literally couldn't get out of bed for days. Needless to say it sucks. I have to drink a daily smoothie to keep my inflammation down (better than pills right?) and the Koyah powers have been a total game changer! I have given the below recipe to several people and it has helped with rosecea, joint pain and overall energy. I would highly recommend it to everyone! It's a breakfast replacement for me and also helps keep me fit! 8oz Pineapple Juice (not from concentrate) 4oz Drinkable probiotic like Sigi or Yakuit 1 scoop of Broccoli Powder 1 scoop of Spinach Powder 1 scoop of Raspberry Powder 1 scoop of Protein Powder *Oh also, phenomenal company and incredible customer service!!!

I started this off with a whole scoop when I haven't had a greens for awhile so it was a little gassy, just need to get used to it. Nice finely ground powder doesn't lump up or isn't granular, blends well. This will be my winter go to for spinach. Could be a bit better price point for my opinion, but at least it's good.
