In all of my many years I had avoided trying a mustard based BBQ sauce. I finally decided to try one and found this to be a great BBQ sauce alongside of my favorite tomato based BBQ sauces. Sweet and tangy with a great flavor; I tend to like sweeter BBQ sauces!

This is the best gold BBQ sauce I've ever tried! Sadly, I cannot find it in stores anymore, so I'm stuck ordering this big jug on here. I just hope they aren't trying to discontinue it. I'd be so sad!

We've tried cattleman's Carolina tangi Gold BBQ sauce before in a small retail size but we were looking for a convenient size for better value. Easily stores in the refrigerator and is easy to use at the table. Goes on thick and tasty. If you want to try something that is not tomato based this is the one for you.

This is genuinely the absolute BEST BBQ sauce I have WVER had! I don’t like ketchup based bbq’s, and this one is more mustard based and goes FABULOUSLY with country style ribs!!

As a Carolinian who lives on the West coast now, I was really missing mustard BBQ. I've tried every single thing on the grocery store shelves, but it's all sweet honey based, which is not at all the same as vinegar and mustard base. Out of desperation, I finally started working my way through the Amazon offerings and stumbled on this. Oh, Sweet Jesus! I add a bit of Trappey's Pepper vinegar to give it a bit more kick, but I'd probably kill my NW neighbors with that version. It's absolutely delicious as-is, and now I can have Carolina BBQ pulled pork and chicken whenever and wherever I am. In gratitude, NW Refugee

When I say top notch sauce!! *chefs kiss* I have gotten this as a Christmas present for my little cousin because this is his favorite sauce and uses it on almost everything. I especially love it on wings and would recommend this or even the smaller size if you unsure but when you try it I promise you will have wished you had the larger size one!
