Do not be phased by this misleading product. Disappointing right from the unboxing, the moon light that I had received appeared to be used and tampered with. It did not come with the "using instruction" it was said to include, and had ink scribbling on the outside of the wooden mount box. The light only worked when the USB charging cable was plugged in. It held no charge whatsoever, and was only capable of illuminating a faint amber color (meaning it would not also illuminate cool white as advertised). Once the light had been plugged in "charging" for a couple of hours, it would shut off. This meant that efforts to use the light with the wall adapter were futile for extended or through the night use. The moon light had no touch sensor capability anywhere. The bottom of the moon light, by the USB port, was dirty. I should have listened to the most recent reviews which all experienced similar issues. Please use caution when buying this product. Save yourself the trip to the UPS Store that you will have to take when sending it back. If you're a fan of the new moon phase, however, this is the moon light for you. Put it on the stand in a dark room and you wont see it at all! Just like when mother nature puts the earth's moon in conjunction with the sun and it becomes invisible from earth, your faulty moon light will be invisible from your sight at night when you need it most.

I'm a huge fan of astronomy and my eyes lighted up when I saw this! When I got it I tested it out to see if it would work and both colors worked. Today (2nd day I have it now), I was using it on a nightstand (it was white). I left for a moment and came back- the lamp was off. I picked it up and only the amber color was working so I assumed it needed to be charged. Its been 3 hours now and the red light would go off, and now still this white color is not working. It said in the manual to charge for 6 hours and in the item description its 2 hours. Hopefully (been 3 hours now) this white color will work. But so far I'm disappointed....

I have always loved the moon and now I have it in my room every night. I like that I can control the brightness and the colors. My favorite is the amber color, it reminds me of a lunar eclipse. Great night light.I wanted to update my review. I do love this lamp but it's burned out after only 4 months. It's too late to return it so I will have to order another one.

I am pretty displeased with this light. It will not illuminate if it is plugged in charging. I wanted to use this as a nightlight, but I am probably going to just throw it away. I would’ve had to plug it in to charge every morning, and unplug it every night before bed. The one night I did use it, it did not last until morning. Unpractical. Also- the ‘touch’ on and off is misleading. To turn on and off you have to pick up the moon, flip it upside down, unplug the cord, and physically touch the metal charging port. Also the charging cord is way too short. The end.

It is so realistic. I bought this for my wife, she immediately fell in love with it. She continually tells me...I love my Moon, thank you for giving me the Moon. I then give her a peek at my Moon. We only wish that it had a longer run time. Otherwise it's a hit. Thinking of sending one to my mother for Mothers Day!!!

If I could rate this zero I would. I got this and charged it like it said in the directions. I even left for the day so there was no way it wasn't charged. When I unplugged it it would not light up. The sensor never worked. Nothing worked. Very disappointing. Im not sure its just this company either because I got the same item from another seller....same problem. Dont waste your money or frustration. Just look outside for the real thing.

This lamp is very simple and the materials are quite poor. But the effect it makes ina dark room when turned on is fantastic. Very easy to charge, it comes with a simple but well designed wooden support. Charge is fast . Usb cabke inculded. Usb charger non included.

I love this unique little light. It comes with the wooden base. You can switch between a warm color and cool color. It is very well-made and charges via USB quickly. It doesn't give off a ton of light, but that's not its main purpose. It's moonlight! Love it!
