Four (4) stainless steel Phillips head screws with medium strength threadlocker. Threadlocker is used in place of a washer to prevent screw from backing out.

They work fine, as they’re screws.If they weren’t screws, they wouldn’t screw in. But they’re screws that serve a purpose, andthat purpose is to screw.Bonding two items together.With that being said, they’re a great buy. Always have a backup screw, cause you never know when you’re gonna get screwed.
