I was worried about using a non- Dyson vacuum head replacement, but this vacuum head works better than the original! Highly recommend!

Good product.Does not do all that original head would do,but still works well.

Easy to use. The little lights are simply wonderful & the soft roller truly picks up every little dust bunny, hair and the smallest grains of sand. It moves smoothly, getting into the smallest places with ease & doesn't scratch my LVP. My floors look perfect after a quick go over. Love, love my new vac head & the price is "amazing"! Maybe I spoke too soon. My Vaccine head worked well for exactly 6 months; then it quit on me and the fluffy roller does to rotate. Upon taking it apart, I noticed what appears to be a small flat piece of metal that has "melted" out of shape. Apparently, this metal piece was an important part of the roller mechanism and what allowed the roller to totaled. I'm extremenly disappointed. I know this head was a lot less expensive than a genuine Dyson, however I fully expected it to last longer than 6 months.i even ordered a 2nd head for a gift to my friend at Christmas time. I pray her head lasts longer than mine. And, now I need another "fluffy head" for my Dyson V11, so I will order room another manufacturer & hope this one is better. I no longer recommend this particular product due to the melted piece thst now prevents it from working in a y capacity. Very sad & disappointed 😥

The brush head performs good, however, the bearings within the tool failed in about 4 months of use. Now the brush wobbles within the tool and there is a burning plastic smell. Can’t use vacuum like that anymore.

I was really excited about this, but once I started using it, you can tell why it's not a Dyson product. There's no brush on the rollers, so when I go over my carpeted room, it basically just picks up surface dirt. If you're ok with that then this is for you.

正規品の蛇腹のチューブに切れ目が入って使えなくなったので購入しました。正規品だとすごく高いのにこれは3分の1位の価格で、大丈夫かなぁと不安でしたが、使ってみたらかなり良い感じです！前のよりなんか軽くてスムースに動く感じだし（前のが古かったからもあると思いますが）、安っぽいかも？と思っていたLEDが意外にもメチャ使えます！暗いところでも埃が丸見えになるので掃除しやすい！使い始めたばかりで耐久性が分からないので星一つ減らしてますが今のところ全く問題ないです。これからも使い続けてみます。

暗くすればLEDでホコリが見える。ちょっと安い！首が柔らかいのは好きずき。残念ながらロ―ラーの力は弱い。ヨコにしてスキマへ入れるのは純正の勝ち。長く使うので、この価格差なら純正買えばよかった。

ヘッドのローラーが回転しなくなったため、購入しました。純正品が高いので、評価も高い為、購入しました。通常に使えるので問題なく利用できています。満足です。純正の商品とそんなに変わらないんじゃないかな？吸引力とか比べたわけではないので、確実ではないですが、満足はしています。
