Don't see why not as long as the screendoor has enough clearance between the edge and door frame.

Q: Will it allow to charge the battery without removing from the mount ?

No. In order to charge the battery, you need to remove the mount, unscrew the back of the mount, pull the doorbell out, and use the small tool to release the backplate to expose the charge port.

Q: Is there a monthly fee and can i see daily video without having to store to the cloud?

The mount itself doesn't record video. To use this mount, you will need to purchase a Google Nest Doorbell Battery. The Google Nest Doorbell Battery comes with 3 hours of record time for event history, which you access through the Google Home app. All events are stored on Google's cloud, but you can save clips to your phone or tablet.
