Easy, adorable, and holding up well
This stuff blew my mind. It turned out so cute and it cost us less than $100. WOO! It was a lot of work, but it was much easier than tiling which we've done in previous flip properties. This is our forever home (hopefully), and we plan on eventually redoing the kitchen so we didn't want to spend a ton. I loved this design, and decided to go for it. Definitely get yourself a good exacto knife and I also used a cutting mat and a measuring square. A level was also helpful, though if you do the same design it is VERY forgiving. We also received two different lots, which I was concerned about, but in the finished product you can hardly tell. I did caulk all of the edges (not pictured) which really made it look like real tile. Any little corner that popped up, I put a tiny dab of gorilla glue and pushed it back down. This has been holding up very well for a few months now, and it was very easy to install once I got the hang of it! The panels are super sticky, though, so if you stick it, it's tough to get it back to realign!

Great product. But take my advice.
This product is great. But It needs instructions. Start at the top left and go down. If you have to intersect two areas like I did (shown in my image), you need to leave the top of the overlapping piece free so you can position the next "top left" piece, and then overlap. There were several sheets that were of poor quality... like the production run was bad. I just used the good sections of those pieces. I was also able to remove and reposition up to three times before it started to lose stickiness... this is a great thing. It allows you to get it to look really decent. MAKE SURE YOU START OFF LEVEL. You'll be sorry if you don't. lol. Also, it is bet installed over a white surface. The overlapped seams show through otherwise. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Beautiful but...
I will say that this product is visually a gorgeous product, very high shine which reflects light beautifully and really made my sink area in my work studio pop without being too much of a statement. That being said, every day i when I arrive, I go straight to the wall to press down areas here and there that have lifted overnight. I would suggest some additional adhesive and I am still searching for a product to adhere the trouble areas for good. I wish i would have known to start at the top right corner, that is imperative to the success of the application. I definitely suggest having a border of some sort to finish off the edges and to hide the 'puzzle piece' edge. Easy to cut and install but there is a learning curve in the beginning.

Cheap and easy alternative to regular tile and grout
My wife bought this product to add a backsplash to our wet bar in the basement. In our last house, she had used a similar peel and stick product for our kitchen backsplash and loved it, so she knew doing something like that again at the wet bar would be perfect. The product was very easy to use and a cheaper (and easier) alternative to regular tile and grout. It only took a few hours (with a lunch break in between) to finish the backsplash. The product was easy to cut with a straightedge and sharp utility knife or scissors. The tiles are very sticky and I don’t foresee having any issues with the product falling off the wall. The neutral gray color of the tiles went perfectly with our counter top. Most of the “plain” tile backsplashes available are like white subway tile designs, but this one not only was a neutral color scheme, but also had a much more interesting style and design to it that we love. We would definitely recommend this product.

Terrible Quality- poor adhesive
I wish I wouldn’t have wasted so much money on this product. I have used a different brand of peel and stick tile in the past and it was great. This kind starting peeling up on the first day of install and had an odor when I opened it. I kept trying to fix the areas where it wouldn’t stick and it didn’t work. I considered gluing it down, but after seeing another review about quality and cancer warning, I ended up taking it down and throwing it away. So frustrating because it was expensive. Wish I could get my money back.

Looks fake!
Absolutely NOT. Looks fake, and trying to put the pieces together seamlessly is a fail. Nothing about this looks real.

A great value.
This product was wonderful. I used it to upscale my daughters’ play kitchen. I would highly consider it to use in other places in our home. The adhesive is strong yet forgiving enough to manipulate. It was easy to cut. The only downfall, which just took my time was the white squares in the outside boarders. I never leave reviews, but this was a great product.
