I used to live in Imperial Valley, where this product is sourced. I would walk into Ashurst Bee Company and buy 5 gallon pails of this to resell for a fundraiser in the local courthouse I worked.This tastes exactly as it did then, ~15 years ago. Thick, low moisture, unfiltered, light caramel flavor, rich, deep flavor, not overly sweet. This has always been my favorite honey. It's sad this is never sold in stores, likely due to how quickly it will crystallize. Mostly used for bakeries as far as I know.

I also but honey from local producers and have tried several other brands here on Amazon and I cannot say enough great things about this brand. I but each flavor and absolutely love it! Very consistent with flavor, thickness and quality! Must have in your kitchen!

This is great honey. I love the taste. It’s very smooth. Not too thick and not thin. Great texture and I think very good quality. Honey is very healthy for you. This is a great price. I need to order more.

It's okay, but there is not a hint of Citrus flavor. if anything it's almost a buttery flavor. Nice and thick, good color, not what I expected from the name. I may try one of the other flavors, but will not be buying this one again.
