Battery life is AWFUL, TERRIBLE, NO GOOD. Have to reset date and time every time it dies.
It’s a neat little watch and pretty user friendly. My 6 year old loved it, but the battery isn’t lasting 7 hours let alone 7 days. And every time it dies and you charge it, you have to reset the date and time which gets annoying and cumbersome. It was ordered when on sale to give as a present at a later date, so we’ve missed the return window. Otherwise, we would be returning.

Great customer service
I bought two of these watches for my grandchildren for Christmas. My 3 year old grandson was delighted with his. Unfortunately, the watch stopped working in early February. I contacted the seller and within two weeks a new watch arrived. I appreciate their quick response to my complaint.

Cool watch. NOT WATERPROOF
Cute over all concept for a kid smart watch. My 8 year year old thought it was a nice watch and wasn't too big for his wrist. The screen and apps are responsive and the built in camera got used frequently! However, the fact that this watch isn't water proof or even water resistant is quite annoying with a childs smart watch.
