This seems to be a hard to find seat shape, but this one was correct for an elongated U-shape / D-shape one-piece toilet. It’s a more heavy duty and thicker plastic than the original seat, and the soft close works well. Only complaint is that the attachment pieces are rather large and the covers are a brushed metal and not chrome

The (first method) white insert pieces did not work on my toilet correctly and they broke in the process.. so I had use the second method of installation. It works, it was just hard to do that method on an enclosed 1 piece toilet

Very easy to install with an enclosed toilet like mine; Dometic 8700. At 1st I thought I would have to pull the toilet since the nuts were not accessible...BUT NO. The seat comes with these handy dandy anchors that you place into the holes on the toilet. (Pic 1) worked like a charm.Nice soft close lid! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The lid isn’t well designed. The dampening mechanisms are the problem. One of them fits loosely on the mounting peg, so the seat wiggles, a lot. I used rubber rings to minimize this problem, but it isn’t perfect. After a couple of months, I noticed the dampening fluid is leaking out, which is hurting the soft close operation. The lid closes much faster, and, sometimes slams down. I will probably be replacing this seat in the near future.

If you have a european or designer toilet that doesn't have standard width mounting holes, this is a great option. Worked great for wacky Duravit brand and 25% the price of originals stuff,. Plastic and lightweight but at least it fits a D-style designer toilet.
