Just wide electrical tape as far as I can tell. Needed more space between the different sized bats. Mine BARELY fit my light. Should have had better directions--making a template with paper will give you a neater install.

Easy to apply and smooth on.
This vinyl was easy to apply and very easy to cut to fit my brake light. There were 3 different sizes, so they can fit all or multiple cars. My fiance actually took one to use on his car because he loved the look of this vinyl.I received this product at a discount in exchange for a review.
