General LC to LC Uniboot is a tight buffer duplex 2.0 x 4.2mm zipcord patch cable, that allows high density of fiber patch cord connection to SFP's in your core or access switches in your data center or networking environment. Standards compliance includes EIA/TIA 568, UL , ISO, TUV standards for structured cabling and has the highest fire rating OFNP. Uniboot This cable uses the newest reverse polarity Corning Uniboot duplex connectors, which allow for the quick and easy conversion from a TIA-568 A-B polarity to a TIA-568 A-A polarity in around 20 seconds without exposing the fibers or needing any tools. Fire Rating OFNP stands for Optical Fiber Nonconductive Plenum and indicates the highest fire rating. OFNP cables have fire-resistance and low smoke production characteristics. They can even be installed in ducts, plenums and other spaces used for building airflow.
