These supplements worked great for me. My potassium was very low and after taking one of these a day for a few weeks, my potassium levels came back into the normal range. I usually have a very hard time swallowing tablets of any kind, these ones were quite easy I didn’t have too much problem with them.

Basic potassium supplement. Helps with mild depression in low doses. It is a dietary supplement used to prevent low potassium. Potassium is important for the heart, muscles, and nerves. Too much or too little potassium in the body can cause serious problems.

I am on a keto diet and there are only a couple of things on the diet that have potassium in them and I don't eat any of those. I take this and it keeps my potassium blood level in the normal range.
