The price does not include installation fees; it covers only product cost and door-to-door shipping. We have partnered with installation contractors in the U.S. who can provide installation services, including addressing other post-sales issues.

Can the swimming pool shell be installed and used above ground?

Most of our models are designed for in-ground installation, but it can be modified for above-ground use by adding supports and a deck. Additionally, we have "containers pools" specifically designed for above-ground use available for sale.

Do you offer customized pool services?

Yes, in addition to our standard pool models, we provide customization options such as mosaic tiles with unique colors and patterns for the pool interior or larger-sized pools.

How long does it take for the swimming pools to be delivered?

If the chosen style is in stock at our U.S. warehouse, delivery can be expected in approximately 14 days. Otherwise, it may take around 90 days, as most pools are produced and shipped from China.
