Product Description Mineral Fusion Pressed Powder Foundation, Olive 1 - 0.32oz ea Directions Sweep brush across base then sweep on skin. Layer on more if you like. Blend, blend, blend to perfection. Review: I've been wanting to try out this powder foundation for a while, so I finally purchased it here on desertcart as it was cheaper and I didn't know how I would feel about it. I have sensitive, combination, acne-prone skin - so I'm kind of particular about what I put on my face, ha. I also don't like wearing liquid foundation or heavy makeup, so I've been trying different powders. Anyway, I bought this in the shade Olive 1. I'm pretty fair-skinned, but I have a difficult sort of undertone. I used to tan very easily and deeply when I was younger, but now I try to stay out of the sun to prevent getting skin cancer, thus I'm pasty white. haha. Anyway, because of my struggles with foundation matching and this slightly green tinge to my skin, it has lead me to believe I have an olive undertone. However, sadly, I still have not found a perfect match. Sigh. I guess that's just the way it is for some of us. This shade is just slightly too dark for me, unfortunately. I would say half a shade to one shade too dark for my complexion. I might be able to work it during the Summer, but definitely not going into Winter. I have to say that was pretty disappointing as even though I bought it cheaper here, it's still an expensive powder foundation. And I really do think that it is a nice powder that offers decent light to medium coverage. As with all powders (or foundation in general) you have to be careful not to apply too much as it can become a little cakey. So I always go by the adage "less is more". I have attached a photo so you can see what the powder looks like on a bit of acne and acne scarring that I have. I'm not wearing concealer and the photo is unedited and unfiltered. It doesn't completely cover my scarring, but it does a good job at evening out my skin tone and masking the redness. I also don't think it made my acne spots look any worse than they already do, ha. It doesn't seem to emphasize dryness, but I do make sure to moisturize beforehand. It also didn't make me break out or irritate my skin. But everyone's skin is different, so what's okay for me might not be okay for you. Just make sure to check the ingredients. There's no added fragrance in this powder, HOWEVER, it does have a scent. I assume it's the smell of the ingredients. It's very mild and I personally find it pleasant. I can't smell it when it's on my face, only in the compact. But I thought I would mention it anyway. The other thing I want to mention is that when you put your brush in the compact it does have quite a bit of powdery kick-up, so be careful. The photos are of me, in natural light by a window, wearing the foundation. I don't think you can really tell that it's a bit too dark, though, either because of the camera or lighting or both. The other photo is a comparison between the Mineral Fusion foundation in Olive 1 (left) and (on the right) The All Natural Face Pressed Powder foundation in Olive Warm (their second lightest olive shade, which is closer to my actual skin tone, but can look a bit pasty because of the titanium dioxide and zinc oxide). Hope this was helpful to someone! Review: la verdad no me gusto el polvo porque es muy seco, yo lo pedí pensando que era polvo mineral y que tendría la consistencia diferente pero es un polvo traslucido y no era lo que yo quería

This make up is the best of the best. No allergies for sensitive skin, great coverage. No chemicals so I know I’m not putting toxic things in my body and I feel comfortable knowing that it’s safe. I put the liquid foundation underneath for a first coat and the powder foundation on top. This provides great coverage and covers acne or blemishes. I often reapply a bit of powder mid day but not much and it stays looking great. I love this product and never want it to stop being made.

I've been wearing mineral powders as foundation for maybe ten years now. I have pretty good skin so I just need something to help even everything out and help my concealer blend with the rest of my face. The only thing I don't like about mineral powders is that the loose powders can be messy (it's totally okay for my lungs, right??), so I figured it was time to look for a pressed powder. And hey, maybe I could also find one that actually matches my skin tone. Why not just shoot for the moon? Here's the thing about my skin tone: I'm white, with greenish/yellowish undertones (probably the influence of my Spanish ancestors, who knows). Most makeup is too orange or too pink for me. Most of the time, I just settle for a close enough match. No more! When I saw the "Olive 1" shade of this powder, I had an inkling that it might be the right shade. I'm always cautious about ordering cosmetics online but I trusted my gut on this one. It did not steer me wrong! Not only is it the shade perfect for me, the quality is fantastic. It's a much creamer powder than others, and doesn't settle in fine lines like most. After twelve years of wearing mineral powders, I've finally found the perfect one for me.

This is a good clean product. It covers well and provides light to medium coverage. I did not find it to build well. It can look more dry than other powder foundations I have used.
