DO NOT BUY THIS USELESS PRODUCT
This device frequently disconnects and you will end up spending time only to setup this. You will waste your money on this product. Customer support is very bad.

Really helpful but has a glitch
Remotely unlocking the door comes in very handy and this device makes it possible. Just rating 4 and not 5 due to some bug which causes the device to disconnect while showing 'Connected' on the app. The device however shows a blinking blue light (which means it is waiting to connect) instead of green (connected). As a result I have to remove the device from my app and connect it again. This is a hassle when needed to be done frequently. But the device is helpful.

Super useful for remote operation of lock.
We have two floor house and gateway is really helpful to unlock the door from upper floor. This is such a convienence. You can see the person and unlock it.

Bad product do not buy
The gateway has constant disconnection issues and is super bad in quality. Avoid at all costs and instead look for other alternatives like Yale or dorset.

Good Product, it does the job intended. It do connect to my DoorBell and I can open it from anywhere.May be 2.4GHz can cause issues for WiFi Connectivities for some.
