Worth getting
I ordered 31 Outland Models kits from Amazon, all at the same time. The total price was about $250, plus about $25 for shipping. I wasn't charged the high shipping costs that are listed for the individual items. I was told the shipping would take over a month, but in fact the package arrived (from China) in 9 days. The models are 3D printed. They go together well and are sturdy. I would buy them again. But I would like to pass along a few observations:1. The parts require some glue to hold them together, and liquid plastic model cement doesn't work. You will need super glue, both the gel and liquid types.2. There are no instructions for the individual kits. Make sure you pre-assemble all the parts to see how they go together before you glue anything.3. I used magic markers to color the pieces. They are much easier to work with than model paint and tiny brushes. It is best to color everything before assembly.4. You will also need a sprue cutter, a flat file and some tweezers.I am building an N scale layout and have purchased a variety of structure kits from most of the major suppliers. I have found that almost every kit presents some kind of unanticipated challenge. But solving challenges is part of the fun of model railroading, so I cut the manufacturer some slack when an instruction is missing or a part doesn't quite fit. Therefore, Outland Models gets 5 stars: 4 for quality and 1 for effort.

Nice addition to layout
For me this was very easy to assemble. I didn't glue this one as it seems to be firmly together. all the parts fit with very little or no trimming. Color scheme is good and will require very little detailing for my layout.to address other reviews, yes it is very small. it is N scale. 1:160. if it was larger it would not look right with N scale trains.Yes it is made and shipped from China. Delivery takes a little longer and it is 3D printed. If you want something that looks like an actual detailed building you are going to have to pay at least 10X more. these are a good start and will minor detailing look good enough for meAnd while China has not condemned Russia for the Ukraine invasion i seriously doubt if these train models are funded by the Chinese government. Chinese people got to eat too. And no one in the USA makes them at this price

parts don't fit well
It's pretty much as shown, but assembly is difficult as the parts don't fit well. I had to do a lot of filing and scraping. It does go together without glue, but it's much better to use some plastic cement to hold it together. It seems to me that the 3-D print texture could be used to advantage to look like real masonry construction, if painted with a suitable wash. I haven't tried that yet, but will work on it.

Ok, but had some complications
After making it, it looks great, but as it is made from a 3D printer, it did have some parts that would just not want to fit together.
