I bought this for my 20 year old daughter and she has seen a difference in her skin. Less acne and smoother skin.

I am 14 years old and have struggled with acne since around 9. I have tried everything but nothing seemed to work. I got acne all over my lower face. And was getting really bad acne marks. I got the MINDBODYSKIN supplement around a month and a half ago. And the results are amazing, I have never felt better, and it is even helping fade acne marks!

I went off of hormonal birth control at the end of 2023 and have since been struggling with my skin. Going to an aesthetician benefited my skin the most! However, I’m getting married this summer and was looking for something to just help give my skin the extra “boost” it needed to really flourish and clear up any residual acne. After watching videos and reading reviews I decided to give it a try. Initially I thought it was helping, however after the first month of taking it my skin seemed to be getting worse! I continued taking it as I read reviews saying it can cause a “purge” however by the third month it got so bad I had to stop. Not worth the cost or damage it creates to one’s self esteem in the process. See an esthetician, dermatologist, or take other supplements instead.

One of my sons had done accutane and it left his back worse than before accutane and this supplement even helped clear that. This is a miracle and I wish I would have found it sooner.

I’ve purchased this product several times in the past few years. Very good at clearing acne. However, these pills will upset your stomach. Even eating it with food you could still get an upset stomach that lasts up to an hour. Very pricey too.
