It works.
It works (iykyk) and tastes good. If you don’t like the thick taste, just drink within a couple of minutes. I will continue to purchase.

Does not dissolve
I fell for the marketing and influencer rep of this product. I'm no stranger to this type of product, and this has a big problem- it doesn't dissolve. At all. The instant it hits the water it starts to gel, and stirring/frothing doesn't help. Small bits that gradually get clumpier. Be prepared to swallow the 12oz of water instantly, because it's absolutely disgusting after that. I did get one dose down, and then had two days of horrible stomach cramps, which I attribute to it being too solid/gelatinous. No such problems with Metamucil, and it's easier and cheaper. Expensive mistake- might try it in a fruit smoothie as one reviewer suggested.

Convenient way to get your daily fiber dose
I've been on the look out for an easy way to incorporate a little more fiber in my diet and came across bio.me Fiber Rescue. This product is super easy to incorporate into your daily routine - mix 2 teaspoons in 12oz of water and your set. Be careful not to over mix as it can conceal. I found you also have to drink it fairly quickly or you'll end up drinking a gelatinous mixture at the bottom of your cup. In addition to getting in some extra fiber, I like how this product helps with bloating and makes you feel fuller in between meals. The lemonade flavor tastes great too! I recommend giving Fiber Rescue a try!

Thick, texture issues
Expected it to be a little less obvious of a powder, was thick and got a lot thicker when it sat. Couldn’t get past texture unfortunately. Flavor is good.

Delicious flavor
I've never taken a fiber product before and really like the lemonade flavor of this! It is a light citrus flavor that isn't too sweet or overpowering. I love that it includes electrolytes. I usually use my frother wand to mix it, and drink it pretty quickly after mixing. This helps me with bloating quite a bit and I really like how the serving size is only 2 tsp.

Tastes good but doesn't dissolve that well
Comparing this to my generic, store-brand metamucil. I bought this stuff because I read a newspaper story about it, and I was bored. This review is for the basic lemon flavored bio.me "fiber rescue" powder, not the upgraded symbiote version for gut microbiome because I don't know where the science and research actually stand on that, and the idea of messing with organisms living in my stomach... I dunno, but I'd be happy to be educated on this topic. A lot of marketing happening here, and I'm puzzled by the "bloating relief" claim because I thought the recommendation was always to ease-into taking fiber supplements like this and not overdo it at first, because if you dive in and consume too much before your body acclimates, you will feel... bloated, amongst other gaseous side-effects. Has the guidance changed on this, or just the marketing? Anyway, I do prefer the taste of this stuff to my orange generic metamucil. However, after stirring 2 teaspoons into a pint glass of water (which is more than the 12 oz instructed), it leaves a big pile of gelatinous sludge at the bottom of the glass that doesn't dissolve, then you have to tip back and gag it down. This experience is not cheap! Is the performance of this psyllium husk any different from the store brand? I guess the amount of husk per teaspoon is slightly different. But otherwise, I feel like I'm just paying for the flavor.

Great Flavor and Added Fiber
I follow a high fiber diet and this powder helps to reach my daily fiber goal. Tastes great and mixes pretty well with water. I also really love adding it to a smoothie with fruit and protein powder. Overall a great fiber supplement!

Turn VERY thick when mixed
This product turns into a gelatinous mess, no matter how much or how little water are you add to it. The directions say to not vigorously stir, but if you don’t, it won’t mix. I have tried it with small amounts of water and very large amounts of water with the same result. It is awful!
