Q: Is water leaking in the bottom base?

Reminder: Empty the water tank before storage and transport to prevent leaking. As there is a water valve mechanism inside of the connection between the tank and base, it will be a normal condition to get drops leaking when moving the water tank.

Q: What is the capacity of the battery? How long will it last on a single charge?

The battery capacity is 2600 mah x 3 cells, and it can last for 40-60 minutes on a single charge.

Q: Can it be used as a pressure washer?

This product is not intended for use as a pressure washer, which has a gentle flow with the water pressure of 72-98 PSI, ideal for watering plants, showering, small area cleaning and other outdoor tasks.

Q: Why is there water inside the pressure washer when receiving the goods?

The NB8 NANO pressure washer underwent a water leakage test so there may be some residual water inside the machine, which is a normal phenomenon.

Q: Is it okay to add detergent or use hot water with the pressure washer?

NO, The NB8 Nano Portable Cordless Electric Sprayer can be used ONLY WITH WATER at temperatures between 0-40°C (32-104°F). Please DO NOT add any detergent.
