Yummy Flavor & Aroma. Eases My Migraines. Not Organic Or Non-GMO. Unfortunate Appearance.
Though I have my migraines much more under control than I used to, I still get them from time to time, especially when I’m stressed or at the start of my period. I have lots of relief measures that I find helpful, including plenty of herbal teas, but I’m always looking to try other options, especially since I quite enjoy herbal teas regardless. I ordered the “20 Count (Pack of 1)” variety of this tea.Upon this tea’s arrival, I was immediately displeased to see that its box was quite banged up. Plenty of people won’t care about such a detail, but since I have crippling OCD, a mangled box sitting on my otherwise very neat shelves can be overwhelming to my senses. If I had seen a box like this in a physical store, I would have passed on purchasing it.Some features of this tea that I appreciate are that the tea bags are biodegradable, so I can add them to my compost, and that a single tea bag can be reused up to 3 times per day. Most brands would not encourage such longevity, so I’m impressed by that helpful and ethical suggestion.I would love to see an organic, non-GMO version of this tea, as both of those things are incredibly important to me. As of yet, I see no indication that this tea possesses such qualities. The ingredients are listed as follows: Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) 25%, Cinnamon 17.5%, Peppermint 15%, Willow Bark 10%, Passionflower, Ginger, Rhodiola, Green Tea, Feverfew (Tanacetum Parthenium) 2.5%. What an excellent collection of fragrant, herbal ingredients! The tea definitely smells herbal, and its minty notes come forth strongly as well. The flavor is very delightful, and I especially love how the mint also comes thru in the taste. As far as migraine relief goes, it’s actually quite helpful. I wouldn’t say it could completely eliminate any of my migraines, but it makes them more tolerable when used in combination with some of my other measures.

Flavor wasn't great
Didn't care for the taste, can't speak to whether it helps or not because I couldn't drink more than one cup.

It relaxes me.
As well as relaxing me, this tea also keeps me focused on what I need to do next throughout my day, (a great plus at my age -71)!

Not happy
I thought I was getting willow bark and feverfew. As that's what it says on the front of the box. Look at the back and you find out that it has next to nothing of the feverfew. They have to list the ingredients of the most to the least on the ingredients and niether ingredients are first! Feverfew is one of the last ingredients! Not happy

Calming, but no change in headaches yet
I've been getting more headaches that turn into migraines over the last few months, so figured I would give this a try. This tea has a nice herbal/peppermint scent to it. I found the scent to be very calming. It also has a more herbal taste to it, I can pick out the peppermint and the flavors blend well together. So far, I haven't found that it has helped with my headaches, but it is a nice, relaxing tea. Each bag can be used 3 times, I just kept my tea bag in the cup and refilled the water a bit after I was done.
