ABSOLUTE DISGRACE - **AVOID**
First of all I'm surprised that Amazon entertained this product at all. It arrived in a nice big Amazon box & that is the end of my positive comments on this product. The rack itself was badly wrapped in a flattened old cardboard box that had once contained a cushioned headboard or something. There were 2 screws in 2 holes and that was it. The remaining holes were badly drilled (no additional screws), the wood itself had some paint stains on it as if someone was cleaning a paintbrush on it, more of the badly cut slats had mould and other marks/stains.The whole thing was an insult.When I was filling out the online return form I had to choose a reason for returning from a number of options - let's just say I found it hard to pick just the one reason! I'm guessing that I received a product that was already returned.On a very good note Amazon refunded me straight away and I now have some very low quality firewood.

Could be better.
The screws sent with this item were poor and would not screw into the wood. I used my own crews. The holes for the screws were in some cases situated too close to the edge of the rack and split the wood. It will look better when sanded down to remove the rough edges.

Difficult to assemble, could not use standard pre-drilled holes due to leakage occurring.

Good wine rack, not particularly well made.
Not as easy to assemble as it should be. Despite trying to be careful, one of the screws came through the side of the frame, but we will live with it. Otherwise the product is as specified.

The image deceives, not worth even 1 star
This has got to be the least value for money product I have ever bought on line. The wood is probably the cheapest deel out there; one up right even came with a stray staple attached. The holes are not properly drilled to receive the screws, meaning that unless you drill them the wood splits; neither are they accurately located meaning the racks are not level and the product does not sit true to the floor (it wobbles). An utter waste of money.

Not bad for the money
With a little bit more attention to detail this could be a very good value system. Some of the hole alignment was poor and needed re drilling.

Poor - better items available on the High Street from second-hand shops...
Awkward to assemble and not particularly attractive. However, it does handle the wine bottles without any problems and is okay for a utility room or pantry - not for a lounge or display area. Pricey for what it is.
