Complete control and accuracy.
I've bought these religiously now for the last 4 years. They are consistently great. The small size means that you have maximum control over how you pick a string, almost as if the pick is part of your hand. You can jump between strings effortlessly and pick each string with great accuracy, avoiding parallel strings with ease (depending on your technique, of course!). They seem to be a decent all-arounder too. I imagine what I'm doing could be seen as a hate crime, but I use them to play acoustic too without any real problem. They're definitely not built for playing chords on acoustic guitars and are pretty much designed for single note playing on an electric guitar, but if you're like me and you're waiting to find the right pick for the acoustic, these get the job done well enough. The addition of the maxi-grip allows more control in how you manipulate the pick without risk of dropping it, though I've found that it's not long until the grip gets clogged up with the usual build up of finger gunk we must endure as guitarists. This makes the grip not feel as comfortable or efficient as when you first use it, but there is still a major difference between the surface of these and the regular jazz iiis though. I can barely go back to the standard ones. So overall, great guitar picks that are consistently efficient at doing what they were made to do. If playing the faster style of electric guitar is your thing, go for these.

After years of searching I found the perfect picks
After trying almost every size, shape and thickness of picks over fifty years, I have used these picks for years now. The accuracy and feel of my playing has improved since I started using these picks. They are also very grippy which means I very rarely drop them.

Small, but great
Tiny but very grippy. They've taken a bit of getting used to but worth sticking with.

My favourite pick!!
Disclaimers: careful of the gross image. Also, definitely a personal opinion. Absolutely incredible - it's almost *too* grippy and scratchy to the point it gets irritating to hold **BUT**: To me, that only means it's stimulating enough to know when I'm holding a pick. Other stuff feels oddly smooth or soft. It's harder to lose because of that + the jarring red colour helps with that too. My playing practically got upgraded from this it's hard for me to turn back now. This pick is absolute steroids 🔥 Careful, it'll gather a lot of gunk (check image) in between the sketchy pattern.. But tbh if I ask for a knife with a big enough handle for big foot's massive hand, I'm not gonna complain it doesn't fit in the cupboard

Favourite pick
I noticed a considerable difference after using these, it feels much more comfortable to hold and my picking speed has slightly increased after use. Smaller than my other picks but i do like that, highly reccomend

Great feel and attack tone, small, rigid
Excellent pick, has a lovely attack tone and gives me more control over what I’m playing. I’ve used standard sized picks for 20 years and find that I’m always holding right near the tip to get the sound I want, this alleviates that. The only problem I find is that due to the lack of flexibility I am dropping the pick on occasion, I’m sure I will adjust to this style shortly and that problem will go away. I would however like to see this in a slightly slimmer gauge. I may also purchase the XL version to compare 👍🏻 Overall 10/10 and will buy again once the plectrum spirits have hidden all of these from me.

Smaller than most guitar picks
I didn't realise how small they are, slightly larger than a mandolin pick. But the grip is great, and the pick gives a great sound
