Great for blocking the sun!
I am sooo happy with this purchase.I bought this umbrella for attending a metal festival. It was above 90*F and I feel like I was 10 degrees cooler with it blocking the sun. I used it in addition with sunblock and walked away from an all day event without any sign of a sunburn. It was easy forme to use and fit perfectly in my small festival approved backpack. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Totally blocks sun
I was worried this wouldn’t actually block sun - but if you hold it up against the sun’s rays - WOW! it’s totally opaque and they are completely blocked!!! That is not an easy feat to have no light coming through the fabric. This is AWESOME!Mechanism opened easily and seems sturdy. Easy to close. I didn’t think it was heavy at all. I will be recommending this umbrella to my friends.

Don’t buy this
This is the worst product ever. My first time using it the umbrella broke and could not be opened. I was stuck in the torrential downpour.

Great sunbrella I recommand!
Okay the light pink color is not a good idea when you'r doing a road trip in Monument Valley, but appart from that, this item is perfect and saved me from the harsh sun in Utah, Arizona and Nevada!
