These have been very helpful in my weight loss journey. Helps with mood, energy, and cravings. Recommend highly.

I have been taking this for 2 years now and have seen great results with energy, weight loss and control of appetite. They taste great (fruity and soft) and no side effects with the monk fruit that I get with fake sugars. Just purchased some a week ago and they are foul tasting (sour and vinegary) and not the same consistency (firm and waxy). Thought it may be a one off jar so I ordered another and got the same result. Contacted Kindnature to see if this the new “normal” and will update this review when I get a reply.

I bought the brand name known for the highest quality, but the berberine would spill out of the capsules and taste absolutely horrible. I didnt think it was possible for berberine to be in gummy version for some reason, wondered how they could possibly cover up that bitter gross taste. But, upon opening this jar I could smell an awful smell and slightly taste traces of it so, I assure you, its real. About an hour later I felt the blood cooling effect (TCM) if you know you know.

Not impressed, boring flavor. I hope they are quality though.

These not only taste great but they actually work! At first I was like oh it’s probably a placebo effect but then I realized no I actually have a decreased appetite and so did my fiancé. It’s helped us both so much that we barely snack anymore. This will always be on rotation for us.

I have bought this item several times because of effectiveness, ease to take and taste. But I just received my recent order and somehow it’s not the same. It taste really strange this time. I’m not sure what’s going on. I don’t want to have to stop purchasing these. But I just might.
