If you are like me, you want a clean pre-workout that does not have the unwanted chemicals (dyes, etc.). I'm also avoiding calcium silicate since lab tests demonstrated that silicon from calcium silicate was accumulated in kidney and liver in rats. Most pre-workout drinks are loaded with it and its unknown if there will be unwanted side effects. This KOA pre-workout is super clean, fully organic, and works like a dream. I tested it for 10 days on, then 10 days off, then 10 days on. I can report that I have a significant increase in energy that is sustained throughout my 60 to 90-minute workout. No negative side effects noted (cramps, shakes, etc.). And the tase it great. I have been recommending this to all of my friends in USASOC, JSOC, and USSOCOM!!

If you’re looking for that real pump and boost of energy while working out sorry this is not that. I noticed it does give me energy as if I don’t drink coffee and use this instead but for gym I wouldn’t buy it.

Great flavor. Gave me energy & focus for my workouts without making feel jittery. Love the clean ingredients as well- definitely a quality product. Not clumpy like other pre-workouts. Love how easily it dissolves. Will definitely be buying again.

I ordered this because I liked how clean the ingredients are. I am not a fan of the itchy feeling that most pre workouts give me. This natural pre workout does not make me itchy. It gives a good boost of energy and motivation for my workout. I take two scoops. The bad taste is why i am giving this a 3 star. It does not taste like strawberry lemonade at all. All i can taste is the beet root powder, not sweet at all. I have been adding lemon juice, watermelon juice, and honey to make it taste good.

This doesn’t taste bad at all, has some grittiness towards the end but nothing unbearable. Felt energized and not jittery, very happy and will order again. I’m caffeine sensitive and didn’t have an issue with this!

Do not buy. Taste is bland and like drinking crushed up multivitamins with zero sweetness. After drinking two scoops, I felt zero energy. This product is horrible and does not work.
