The bottle was taped closed. I think it may have been used. I sprayed into my hair and dark blue sticky dust got all over my fingers and neck it was light Colored in my hair,very faint but it made my skin the color of a smurf and then bam I shook the bottle and it was near empty.I would like a refund but I don't know if its possible I just know I will stick with Sally's if I'm looking for hair products. $20 for a quarter of my hair to get chalked is ridiculous. Perfect for Halloween parties and kids hair not so much if you have a full head
