I've been doing some equipment refurbishment which means a lot of paint removal, sanding, grinding, priming, and painting. I picked up this respirator and have now put it through its paces for many hours. Other than sweating more, it has worked great, The straps hold it tight to my face and are easily adjusted. The lense does not fog up. The filters are easy to clean and have done a great job keeping most of the harmful particulates out of my lungs. I wear these in combination with Peltor over the ear hearing protection, and they make for a great combintion. Not only does the over the ear keep my hearing intact, but they keep dust and debris out of my ears. I lastly toss on an old hat to keep stuff out of my hair, and so while I look like a dork wearing this, it does the job!

I have been using this mask several times a week for 3 or 4 hours a day while working with both woodworking equipment (saws, sanders, blowers etc) and epoxy resin. I really wanted it for resin work because I get itchy when touching and breathing resin fumes. Using this mask, I seem to have eliminated my exposure to the fumes. I do wear Tyvek coveralls and gloves too so I am pretty well protected. I am 6'0" with a fairly large head and this mask has been very comfortable. This respirator mask barely fits me, however, I still have to pull the straps a bit to get a nice tight seal. If I do not, I can smell a little bit of the fumes seeping in. I have been doing DIY work with paints and chemicals for more than 30 years and have always found other respirators to be uncomfortable, but this is my first with an integrated face shield and respirator and have found it to be comfortable where I hardly notice it, even after wearing it for several hours. The visibility through the face shield has been very good and has not fogged up on me. Hope this helps...

As long as its not hot outside, it works great. Once you start sweating, the seal is broken and slippery. The straps have messed with my hair, cutting it. The clear mask works when clean but once its hot, you sweat and the clear plastic fogs up. I bought to use around my dogs bc of allergies. It helps until it gets hot. cleaned the plastic and it scratches very easily. would I buy again, its only been a month, so I don't know yet.

So I put value for money as outstanding, because IF it was good, 27 bucks would be ridiculous, but IT ISN'T. Seriously, I would caution against it. When I first put on the mask, I did a seal test, with nitrile over the filter ports, and it didn't seal right away. Shuffled it around several times, seemed like it got better, so put the cartridges in, I had to complete a job with Isocyanate Primer. Started spraying. Immediately I could smell the solvent. Rushed out, fortunately I still had my 3M half mask and good 60921 cartridges. I could see that this full-face is a 1 to 1 copy of the 3M that costs about 200, so I was pretty giddy to get it. Huge mistake. In addition, the lens is optically distorted [kind of important with paint work], and one of the P100 caps was broken. I've always resisted getting a full-face, even though with Iso's it's highly recommended-eyes are a mucus membrane-, because of the layer of vision obstruction, this-for me anyway-was just next level failure. If you're doing this work constantly, it's worth investing in the 3M high-end silicone one, I've used it and the vision obstruction was tolerable, seal is complete, but just not 450.00 good enough for my limited time in the booth. YMMV, of course. Amazon Assistant is awesome. I wasn't saddled with the loss, but trying it wasn't worth the time.

seal was good and large enough for most face sizes, protection was excellent and comfort was acceptable and quality seems ok overall value for the money

I'm a chimney mason and I use this when I grind out mortar joints. It's extremely Dusty work. I can breathe cleanly, my boogers are not dirty, and it does not fog easily, allowing me clear vision for what I'm doing without any weird dust piercing my eyes at 12,000 rpm.

I have been using it for about two months, i use it almost everyday at work. I did buy some window tint and put that on the inside to help block the sun and that helped a lot. over all this is better then the 3m one that i had that did not have the face cover but had flimsy straps.
