A solid roster of ingredients...and then some!
This adaptogen, packaged within a dark glass bottle, arrived securely wrapped in packing material and its own box. This, for me, speaks volumes and assures me that the manufacturer cares about their product. The capsules within are slightly longer and thinner than average and I found them easy to swallow, regardless. Daily dosage suggests three capsules per day; I like to start off with two in the morning with my remaining supplements and protein shake and take the third capsule later in the afternoon, as a "deferred reinforcement", which seems to work fine for me. A number of the ingredients contained in this supplement are common to other stress relieving aids I have used: St. Johns Wort, Ginseng, Rhodiola, Astragalus and of course, the most common and seemingly popular being Ashwagandha. I have found them to be helpful for me. Other ingredients: Eleutherococcus, Schisandra and Panax, combine with the aformentioned to offer additional support. Altogether, this is a highly complete formula; if I could offer one suggestion, it would be to check the supplement panel of all of the products that you're currently taking, to insure that you are not on overload with any one particular ingredient as they can sometimes overlap. Final note: this USA-made product employs vegetarian capsules (as opposed to bovine), and does not contain dairy, egg, fish or shellfish, so it is therefore acceptable for use by both vegans and vegetarians. I plan to focus on using this above average cost product as my sole stress reliever to see if it's superior to the one that I've been taking and will update this review with my results.

it seems to be effective but probably not ideal if you are taking blood pressure medicine.
I took this for a few weeks before writing the email. I did feel less stressed and easier to fall to asleep. However, after a week or so I felt a little dizzy (and of course, I don't have proof that it is directly related to this) sometimes. I went on to do some research and found that there are ingredients in the supplement that may be lowering your blood pressure. I am taking blood pressure medicine regularly so maybe that is why I felt a little lightheaded by taking too much of it. While it doesn't feel like a good fit for my situation, I think the product does work.

Doesn't seem to do much for immunity
When my son came home sick from work last week and took a positive covid test, I immediately started taking this recently-received supplement at the recommended levels. My wife, who is smarter than I, declined to try any, so we had inadvertently set up a little experiment. Our son did his best to isolate to his room and wore a mask whenever we were sharing spaces, all the stuff you're supposed to do. Anyway, long story short - 10 days later I have covid and my wife does not.

Amazing ingredients
Serving size is 3 medium capsules. They are easy to take with liquid. There is no smell or odor. 40 servings per container so it’s over a month’s worth. Good value. Really helps to relax.

Stress from taking the pill overwhelms any benefits I may receive from the adaptogens
My main point of concern in regarding this product is the lack of warnings about the side affects you may encounter with the different supplements in this pill. While yes, everything is an adaptogen, there are some serious issues. Of the first ingredient on the list, Ashwagandha, WebMD and other sites state that liver damage occurs rarely but can be severe enough to require liver transplantation. How is that not mentioned anywhere? This doesn't show up on any of the other supplements although Panax Ginseng does state that liver damage is a side affect. Additionally, two of the ingredients(Panax Ginseng and St. John's Wort) can cause sleep trouble. There's a whole other list of side affects that may occur from each of the ingredients that is never mentioned. Additionally, some of the text and infographics indicate that sutherlandia frutescens is one of the ingredients. It is not included as an ingredient on the bottle I received. Personally, I bought this review item on December 2nd and proceeded to research the ingredients. When I received the product on December 3rd, I was already apprehensive about it but decided that because I requested it, I at least had to uphold my end of the deal and at least test the product out. The product came beautifully packaged and was well protected. Despite that, when I opened the bottle and took out the cotton stuffing, a lot of green-ish powder came out as well. I believe a pill or two may have broken inside. I proceeded to take one pill. The bottle recommended three pills per serving for one or two servings per day. As you can see from my Oura Ring, my stress level spiked up hard after taking the pill. This is most likely due to my own fault. After looking up the side affects and issues, I was acutely sensitive to my heartbeat, any pain, any headache, and any discomfort I was feeling that day. Anything that occurred led me to worry that it was due to the pill and I could not relax. As you can see from the chart, it took several days before my stress returned to below average.

Interesting combination of ingredients in this supplement
I've been taking these for a few weeks now and I will say that there is something very interesting going on. I have become a big fan of both ashwagandha and panax ginseng, in particular because I think the former has a calming effect without being sedative in nature and I think the latter causes an increase in focus and energy but can cause jitters in higher doses. Combining them, along with other ingredients like St. John's Wort, has kind of an evening out effect. I really like these in the afternoon when I'm trying to push through and finish my work for the day. Obviously, results will vary, and at three capsules per dose, or 40 servings, it's a bit up there, but I like the mild but noticeable effect it has on me.
