Rose water is the best toner on earth. I swear by it. It keeps my skin soft, hydrated, and looking at least 7 years younger. I use it on a cotton ball after I wash the make up off. I love it!

I poured contents of my bottle into a smallish sprayer bottle. I spray my hair and upper body with the spray. Feels and smells wonderful, very cooling in these hot spring-summer days.
