While the product is immensely useful , helped chop a handful of veggies in a few seconds, the lifespan of it is terrible. I bought it in july, its now november and the motor of the chopper stopped working even after charging it. I kept it in proper condition also but still it gave out. Now sure how to fix it but really expensive for a short lifespan. Get an extended warranty while youre at it!

I have been using this product for 5 months now and it is a great help. The concept, price and value of money is good. Very easy, safe to use and does the work in minutes. For a small family this chopper helps immensely while cooking. The only downside is the quality. Like I said, it lasted great for 5 months and now I am having difficulties charging, or using it. The charging cable is too short. I hope they improve the quality.

Product Usage- its does the work 100%, chopping onions manually is a tedious work and this will completely solve the issue. Also, the battery life is good. Service- unfortunately the product stopped working in 11months, however the support team is so responsive and they helped us with a new replaced product. Keep up the good work!! Thanks a lot again
