Excellent product
I have been using this product daily since December, and it has now been three months. During this period, I have only needed to charge it twice, which demonstrates its excellent battery performance. It operates efficiently and delivers precise results within seconds. The chopping capability is excellent, allowing me to adjust the size according to my preference, whether small or large pieces. The product is very easy to use and simple to wash and clean. Additionally, the material used is of good quality and feels durable. Overall, I am very happy with the product.

Best product, most useful item in my kitchen
Very useful product, must have in your kitchen. So handy to use and time saving. I had some issues in machine but they replaced it within one week ,I am so happy with their customer care services. Iam full satisfied with this product and would recommend it to others .

Good product
Really good chopper – works efficiently and makes prep super easy. Mine stopped working after two months, but the replacement process was quick and hassle-free. Very satisfied with the service!

Great product but poor quality
I have been using this product for 5 months now and it is a great help. The concept, price and value of money is good. Very easy, safe to use and does the work in minutes. For a small family this chopper helps immensely while cooking. The only downside is the quality. Like I said, it lasted great for 5 months and now I am having difficulties charging, or using it. The charging cable is too short. I hope they improve the quality.

Good Product Replacement
Product is good and somehow it was not working but after raising complaint and follow ups it was replaced with new unit and Ms Paromita Ghosh done the best during this event.

Good product, great service!
Product is really good and very helpful. I have been using this since July’25. I had some issues in machine but Rajasri from customer care sorted it out quickly - replacement arrived in few days!
