Outside of the poor instructions, this product works exactly as advertised!

I wanted to love this, I really, really did. Everything arrived very timely and the package presents itself well. I’ve been using it for about 5 days now, and I’ve noticed some issues. The first is that the “water bottle” attachment doesn’t work for the vast majority of water bottles. The attachment ONLY accepts 30mm (3cm) openings. It also has a special threading that made it even more difficult. After much shopping and many stores, I had to concede that I wasn’t going to find anything that would attach to it. I contacted the seller, who had a fantastic response within about an hour, and that’s the only way I got this information about the threading and opening size. Next, it says it will charge within about two hours. The first couple times, this was pretty accurate (+/- 10 min or so). However, with subsequent usage, it’s now up to 4 hours and getting worse as time goes on. I’m deeply concerned that leaving it plugged in constantly to charge may start a fire due to issues with the battery. Lastly, being a science-minded person, I wanted to verify the claims about the hydrogen saturation. I bought an H2Accu testing reagent to test the hydrogen concentration. On the first test, I did the 3 minute cycle. The test resulted in 800ppb, a far cry less than advertised. I then put in new water and tested it with the 18 minute cycle. This yielded 2700ppb, still about half what it advertised it could/would produce. As a small side note, the bottle will start to leak at the bottom after a while. However, I found that if I reseated it by just unscrewing it and affixing it again this stopped for a while. Seems to be something you need to do regularly to keep it from leaking. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a different product.

I have bought several of these bottles from Amazon and have not found one the lives up the claimed PPB. I like the double wall glass, easy to clean. The build quality is nice. 3 or 18 minutes is easy to use. The battery does not last long. You have to use a USB A to C. You cannot charge and make hydrogen at the same time, dumb. PPB 3 minutes 600, 18 minutes 1600.

I started using this and it was amazing I started getting more focused and my urine was a lighter color and I went to my doctor and he said that my vitamins are getting into my cells better because when they took the blood test they had found this in the test.

I like the product and water tastes good… however it’s very annoying that every now and the I find a huge lake of water around the bottle due to leaks. For such an expensive product this is unacceptable!! Will not return as my wife loves it and it has not been leaking lately.

There is nothing in the manual or online on where to find the USB charger slot to plug in... Help

I absolutely loved this product but unfortunately It literally fell over in my countertop and shattered. Seller has offered to give me a full refund for this product!! WOW....Enough cannot be said about such wonderful customer service!!!!! Go buy you one of these!!!

I ordered this when the price was 179.00/202..64 with their shipping & tax. It worked 6 weeks & stopped charging & not working. I only got 2 18 min cycle before empty battery light came on- I finally left it on 3 days, a week.. a month & message window still says empty battery- so I feel completely ripped off with a poor quality product that’s now 49.. it was soo expensive is why I didn’t buy the warranty expecting to get more than 6 weeks from it…
