I ordered five of these in two different sizes, and they all look beautiful. The wood frames underneath the canvas are sturdy and level. They come with a hook on the back so they're ready to hang. I opted to get black sides on mine, so I emailed the seller with my request, and they took care of everything. I would definitely buy again. The only word of caution is that the larger canvas I bought sticks out more from the wall (it has thicker edges). When I hang all five canvases up on the wall to create a collage, the bigger ones sticks out more. It looks fine, but just be aware that the depths can change depending on the size. I also wish these came in 5x7".

I can't say enough good things about this product! I wrote a poem and used the app Skitch to put it on a picture. I adjusted the picture the way I wanted and submitted it. However I noticed I had gotten a word wrong! As soon as I noticed I sent them an email asking if it was too late to fix it. They replied promptly and said it wasn't too late and I could send them the updated picture. So I did, and the woman I corresponded with was so nice and accommodating. I was able to get the completed canvas in time for my dad's birthday, and giving it to him was an experience I'll never forget.

I ordered 2 of these for my mother and sister in law and they loved them! I forgot to take a picture of them before I gave them away but they came out exactly as I asked. The photo quality was very good and you can tell they use high quality materials. If you're wondering which size to order, I ordered the 11 x 14 and the 14 x 11 and they were the perfect size for a gift, not too big and not too small. The delivery was very fast as well, I ordered these on May 5th and they were delivered on May 8th. Probably because I live in the same state as where they were shipped from, but still I was impressed. I definitely recommend this product!

I ordered this as a birthday gift for my aunt. My uncle, her husband, passed away a few months ago. I found the most recent picture of them together, cropped it, and uploaded it to my order. I was worried because the quality of the photo isn't the best. They did an amazing job! My aunt called me in tears when she opened it. Not only did they make a beautiful canvas portrait out of a low quality picture, but they finished and delivered it very quickly... less than a week! Not to mention their customer service is great. They answered all of my emails right away... within an hour or two of receiving them. I am very happy with my order. The best part.. my aunt loves it! Thank you! The print quality was excellent and very accurate to what I uploaded to be printed . Graininess and pixelation are extremely minimal. The canvas is soft to the feel and looks almost like a painting. The canvas came ready to hang and it was on a very nice and sturdy frame. I will definitely order from this company again.
