I like this product
I like this product. I use it in conjunction with Retinol serum to help give my skin a bit more elasticity.

Not comfortable using this.
I asked the company how they ensure that the product is sterile before being packaged. This is not a big ask, given the price, and it's an important safety consideration. They weren't able to provide me with an answer, and I don't feel comfortable using a device such as this that hasn't been properly and thoroughly sterilised in the same way any other medical device is sterilised. Purchased a less expensive device from a different manufacturer.

Feels plasticy
It looks good but feels a bit plasticy.... the roller itself is well made and easy to use.....!

Expensive but Does Work.
This is the 4th 'Clinic' Skin roller I have received and tried out..Rather than try to blind you with 'Pseudoscience' or cut and paste I will attempt to give you the benefits and disadvantages of using one of these machines. It's a precision made roller with 540 0.5mm stainless steel needles. This may put many people off with that thought but bear with me.The needles are tiny and as you roll the device along those tiny needles make 100s of tiny holes in your skin. The benefits are the action stimulates the skin into repairing itself and if you apply a skin serum it makes it more effective because more of the serum is absorbed than is washed off.In other words, the serum fills the holes and gets to work.Provided you do this correctly you will get better-looking skin simply because new skin is produced and new skin both looks and is younger. If you have scarring from acne and the like this can really help. Now the needles are medical quality steel. BUT you must ensure you clean the device thoroughly after each and every use.If you don't you are asking for trouble you will be piercing your skin with dirty needles covered with debris. The big question any reasonable person needs to ask is1)Does it work?And2) Is it painful?Yes, it does work provided you follow the instructions and advice and keep it sterilized and clean. You would be advised to use a really good face serum with the roller to achieve the best effects.Painful? Depends on how hard you push and for how long. You do get reddened skin but I found this lasts for just ten minutes or so and goes. The benefits far outweigh the short redness.However. This roller is about 3 times the cost of the best Chinese ones I have received. It is no better than the cheaper ones. The construction is similar and the stell is the same high quality Japanese. My advice is to shop around and save yourself a lot of money.4 stars for the device minus 1 for the price. The device works provided you are sensible and follow the directions.I hope this has been of help to you.Expensive but Does Work.

Overpriced with no Visible Effects
Have used regularly since buying and have even combined with other treatments like hyaluronic acid. Can safely say that any positive change has been the result of the other products and NOT this OVER-PRICED piece of cheap plastic.

These are dangerous in my opinion
Unfortunately this is dangerous. I have small indentations/marks on my face caused by this. Do not be fooled by these at home gimmicks. See a professional if you have concerns about your skin.

Lovely but expensive
This is a lovely quality derma roller, it very well made and nicely packaged but you can get them a lot cheaper. You also need to buy the roller cleansing solution separately which pushes the price up further.
