Initially I was reluctant about this not so known brand of supplements.Being 48, I run 🏃‍♂️ 5 kms 2 times a week, do 100 burpees 2 times a week & workout at home 2 times a week & this has taken a toll on My knees & I could feel pain & weakness. With product this expensive you expect it to be premium. But a simple google search tells you the most important ingredients for achieving the object it promises to achieve are very less in quantity as opposed to what is required for effects to be seen.The fish burps don’t help which you don’t get while taking good omega 3 tablets like GNC.More of a gimmick than effect I think.
